雷贝拉唑三联治疗胃溃疡的疗效分析

目的研究雷贝拉唑三联治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法选择胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机分为给予雷贝拉唑三联治疗的观察组和奥美拉唑三联治疗的对照组，并进一步根据年龄和幽门螺杆菌感染情况分为≤60岁亚组、〉60岁亚组以及Hp（＋）亚组、Hp（-）亚组，观察治疗后溃疡愈合情况及临床症状缓解情况。结果观察组患者临床症状缓解情况和溃疡愈合情况与对照组的差异均无统计学意义；〉60岁亚组及Hp（＋）亚组中，观察组患者的总有效率及腹胀、腹胀缓解例数均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论雷贝枉唑三联治疗能够在〉60岁及Hp（＋）的患者中取得积极的治疗效果，具有积极的临床价值。

Analysis of the Effect of Rabeprazole Triple Therapy in Treating Gastric Ulcer

Objective To study the efficacy ofrabeprazole triple therapy in treating gastric ulce. Methods The gastric ulcer patientswere enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given rabeprazole triple therapy and control group given omeprazole triple therapy, and then were further divided into_〈60 years old subgroup, 〉60 years old subgroup and Hp（＋）subgroup and Hp（-）subgroup. Then the condition of ulcer healing and clinical symptoms were observed. Results Condition of ulcer healing and clinical symptoms of observation group had no statistical significance with control group; in 〉60 subgroup and Hp （＋） subgroup, total efficiency and abdominal distension, abdominal bloating cases of observation group were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy has positive, clinical value for it can achieve positive therapeutic effect in patients over 60 years and Hp（＋）.
