依达拉奉在促进脑梗死患者神经功能恢复中的作用

目的 探讨依达拉奉在促进脑梗死患者神经功能恢复中的作用.方法 将2009年1月～2011年7月于本院进行治疗的86例脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为常规治疗组（对照组）43例和加用依达拉奉组（观察组）43例,两组分别于治疗前和治疗后6、12周采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分及日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分进行评估及比较.结果 治疗后6、12周观察组的NIHSS评分及ADL评分量表的评估结果均好于对照组,P均〈0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 依达拉奉在改善脑梗死患者早期的神经功能方面的效果较好,患者的生存能力改善幅度也较大,价值较高.

Effect of Edaravone in promoting the nerve function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To study the effect of Edaravone in promoting the nerve function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty six patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2009 to July 2011 were selected,and divided into routine treatment group(control group 43 cases) and Edaravone group(observation group 43 cases),then the NIHSS score and ADL score of two groups before and six,tweleve weeks after treatment were evaluated and compared.Results The results of NIHSS score and ADL score of observation group after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were all better than those of control group,all P < 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect of Edaravone in promoting the nerve function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction is better,and the improvement range of patients survivability is bigger,and its value is higher.
