CT和X线在诊断股骨头缺血性坏死中的应用研究

目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死的影像学表现,评价X线、CT在诊断股骨头缺血性坏死中的应用价值。方法对82例患者行X线检查,其中43例行CT检查,并对观测结果进行分期比较。结果经统计学分析,X线检查早期发现率为56.1%,CT检查早期发现率为83.7%,经χ2检验,在早期发现率方面,CT检查与X线检查相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 CT是目前诊断早期股骨头缺血性坏死敏感、有效、满意的方法。

Study on the imaging of X-ray and CT in patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head

Objective To investigate the ischemic necrosis of femoral head imaging to evaluate the X-ray,CT in the diagnosis of avascular necrosis.Methods Eighty two patients were given X ray examination,of whom 43 cases were given CT examination.Results The results of statistical analysis,the rate of X-ray examination was 56.1%,the rate of CT examination was 83.7%.By chisquare test,CT examination compared with X-ray had significant difference (P< 0.01).Conclusion CT is sensitive and effective method in diagnosing avascular necrosis of the femoral head in the early stage.
