微创空心钉内固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折临床分析

目的评价微创空心针内固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析47例老年性股骨颈骨折患者行微创空心针内固定术,对其手术前后的功能情况进行观察。结果随访1～3年,全部患者没有伤口感染,有4例患者因本身有偏瘫不能行走外,其他患者均在3～6个月即能拄拐或自行行走。结论微创空心针内固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折是一种简单有效且功能恢复较快的方法。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive internal fixation with hollow nails in the treatment of senile femoral and neck fracture

Objective To evaluate the method and efficacy of minimally invasive internal fixation with hollow nails in the treatment of senile femoral and neck fracture.Methods Forty seven patients with senile femoral and neck fracture who underwent minimally invasive fixation with hollow nails were analyzed retrospectively,and the function before and after surgery were observed.Results After follow-up for 1-3 years,there were no cases of wound infection.Apart from 4 patients who couldn’t walk due to hemiplegia of themselves,all the rest patients were able to walk with crutches or walk on their own within 3-6 months.Conclusion The method of minimally invasive internal fixation with hollow nails in the treatment of senile femoral and neck fracture is simple,effective and can make function recover fast.
