莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床分析

目的探讨莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑治疗反流性食管炎（RE）的临床效果。方法将177例经内镜证实的RE患者随机分为3组,每组59例,观察组给予莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑治疗,对照A组给予莫沙必利联合雷尼替丁治疗,对照B组给予泮托拉唑联合雷尼替丁治疗,4周后观察3组的临床效果。结果观察组临床总有效率为98.31%,内镜下总有效率为91.53%;对照A组分别为76.27%、67.80%;对照B组则分别为77.97%、69.49%,观察组与对照A、B组相比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论莫沙必利联合泮托拉唑是治疗RE的一种安全可靠、疗效显著、理想的方法。

Clinical analysis of the mosapride combined with pantoprazole treatment for the reflux esophagitis

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the mosapride combined with pantoprazole treatment for the reflux esophagitis.Methods One hundred and seventy seven patients with reflux esophagitis were all validated by endoscope,and were randomly divided into three groups,59 cases for each group,the observation group was treated by mosapride combined with pantoprazole,the control group A was treated by the mosapride and ranitidine,and the control group B was treated by the pantoprazole and ranitidine,after four weeks,the effects of three groups were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 98.31%,the endoscope total effective rate was 91.53%;the control group A was 76.27% and 67.80%,the control group B was 77.97% and 69.49%;there were statistical significant difference between the observation group and the control group A、B(P < 0.05).Conclusion The mosapride combined with pantoprazole to treat the reflux esophagitis is a safe and reliable treatment method,the curative effect is best.
