MRSA和MSSA的药敏结果比较和MRSA检出率变化趋势

目的比较耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）和甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌（MSSA）对15种药敏结果并监测MRSA检出率的变化趋势,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据。方法采用VITEK32全自动微生物分析仪以及配套GPS110药敏板,检测261株金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA109株,MSSA152株）对15种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果 2010年和2011年MRSA的检出率分别为42.5%和40.9%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;除青霉素G、万古霉素、利奈唑烷外,MRSA和MSSA对同种抗生素耐药性均差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;且未发现VRS株。结论临床分离的MRSA对多种抗菌药物的耐药率高,呈多重耐药性;MSSA对大多数药物敏感性较好;2010与2011年MRSA检出率无显著差异,临床用药控制较好;临床微生物实验室应加强对MRSA的监测,防止MRSA的耐药率的提高以及VRS株的出现。

MRSA and MSSA medicine quick results comparison and change trend of MRSA detection rate

Objective To compare the senstivity of methicillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) to 15 different antibiotics and monitor the detection rate of MRSA.Methods To use VITEK32 automatic microbiological analysis and GPS-board to detect the sensitivity of 261 plants of Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA109 strain MSSA152 strain) to 15 kinds of antibiotics.Results MRSA detection rates of 2010 and 2011 were 42.5% and 40.9%,and there was no significant differences(P > 0.05).In addition to Penicillin G,Vancomycin,Linezolid,drug resistance of MRSA and MSSA to the same antibiotic had significant differences(P <0.01);and there as no discovery of VRS.Conclusion The drug resistance rate of MRSA separated from clinical specimens to a variety of antibacterial is very high,most infection of MRSA is multiple drug resistance,most infection of MSSA is sensitive to the antibiotics.MRSA detection rates between 2010 and 2011 have no significant differences,because the clinic use the antibiotics more well.The clinical microbiology laboratories should strengthen the monitoring of MRSA to prevent MRSA resistance rate increasing and coming out of VRS.
