齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症临床效果比较

目的探讨齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的临床效果差异。方法选择本院2009年2月～2011年2月女性精神分裂症患者共90例,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予利培酮,观察组患者给予齐拉西酮。根据患者治疗前和治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分情况进行临床效果评定。结果观察组治疗后阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分及总分分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组锥体外系反应、体重增加、性欲改变、月经改变发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症临床疗效近似,但前者不良反应少于后者,值得借鉴。

Clinical efficacy comparison of ziprasidone and risperidone on female patients with schizophrenia

objective To explore the clinical comparison of ziprasidone and risperidone on female patients with schizophrenia.Methods Ninty female patients with schizophrenia were selected from February 2009 to February 2011 and were divided into two groups,control group and observation group.Ziprasidone were given to observation group,and risperidone were used to control group.According to the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results The scores of positive symptom,negative symptom,the general psychopathology symptom and the total score after treatment in observation group compared with those after treatment in control group respectively,there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05);The clinical efficacy in observation group compared with that in control group,there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).The incidence of extrapyramidal side effect,weight gain,sexuality and menstrual changes in observation group was lower than that in control group,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone and risperidone on female patients with schizophrenia has similar clinical efficacy,but ziprasidone has less adverse reaction than risperidone.
