纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗支气管扩张并咯血

目的 研究纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗支气管扩张并咯血的临床效果.方法 通过分组,（1）纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗组18例;（2）内科正规保守治疗12例.对比观察纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗支气管扩张并咯血的效果.结果 全组30例,治疗组治愈率12例,显效6例,有效率为100.00%.对照组治愈率 4例,显效5例,有效率为75.00%,无效3例.治疗组与对照组间差异有统计学意义,P 〈 0.01.结论 纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗支气管扩张并咯血可快速止血、缩短病程、改善肺功能,为选择用药提供选择依据,降低手术率,是临床治疗支气管扩张并咯血的有效途径.

Fiberoptic bronchoscopy irrigation lung in the treatment of bronchiectasis and haemoptysis

Objective To research the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy irrigation lung in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hamoptysis.Methods Through dividing the group,(1) 18 cases in the fiberoptic bronchoscopy irrigation treatment group;(2)12 cases in medical formal conservative treatment group,the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy irrigation lung in the treatment of bronchiectasis and haemoptysis was observed.Results The all group of 30 cases,treatment group had 12 cases of cure,6 cases of excellent,the effective rate was 100.00%.Control group had 4 cases of cure,5 cases of excellent,the effective rate was 75.00%,3 cases were invalid.There were significant differences between treatment group and control group,P < 0.01.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy irrigation lung in the treatment of bronchiectasis and haemoptysis can quickly stop bleeding,shorten the duration of symptoms,improve lung function and provide basis for choosing drug selection,reduce the rate of surgery,so it is an effective way in clinical treatment of bronchiectasis and haemoptysis.
