舒适护理在急性心肌梗死患者康复中的应用

目的探讨使急性心肌梗死患者早日康复、减少并发症、提高治疗满意度的方法。方法通过舒适护理,提供优质护理服务,使患者达到心理、生理、精神、社会等方面的愉悦,减少并发症,和谐医患关系,减少纠纷,提高治疗满意度。结果本组128例患者通过舒适护理无并发症及医患纠纷发生,对治疗护理满意度达100%。结论舒适护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用,不但及时解除患者生理上的疾苦,而且使患者心理、精神、社会等方面处于愉快状态,对患者的康复具有巨大的促进作用。

Comfortable nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To make the patients who have acute myocardial infarction rehabilitate early,reduce the complications and improve the patients’ satisfaction of the treatment.Methods By providing comfortable nursing and high quality nursing service,enabled patients to achieve the psychological,physiological,mental,and social aspects of pleasure,reduced the complications and disputes,made the relationship between doctors and patients harmonious and improved the patients’ satisfaction of the treatment.Results In this group,there was no complication and the disputes between doctors and patients in 128 patients who received the comfortable nursing,the satisfaction rate of the treatment and nursing care was 100%.Conclusion The application comfortable nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction,can not only relieve the patients’ physical pain,but also make the patients in a state of happiness in the aspects of psychology,spirits,soctety and so on,it is very helpful for patients’ rehabilitation.
