超声在诊断急性肠系膜静脉血栓形成中的价值

目的探讨超声检查在诊断肠系膜静脉血栓形成中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术或其它方法证实的20例急性肠系膜静脉血栓形成的超声检查资料。结果本组超声检查的正确诊断率为70%,肠系膜静脉内低回声及彩色多普勒血流显像显示肠系膜上静脉内无血流信号为本病的直接征象,超声检查的准确率与患者的腹部症状及对本病的认识有关。结论超声检查可作为诊断本病的初步筛查手段和术后随访的首选方法

To study the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute mesenteric venous thrombusis (MVT)

Objective To study the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of mesenteric venous thrombusis(MVT).Methods The ultrasonography findings in 20 patients with MVT confirmed by operation or other examinatiors were reviewed and analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasonography was 70%.The lower level echo of the inner senteria vein and no blood flow signals on the mesenteric vein are the direct signs.The accuracy rate of ultrasonography is associated with patents' abdominal appearance and the awareness of the disease.Conclusion Ultrasonography is one of the first choice in both screening of the disease and postoperative follow-up.
