头孢噻肟钠联合炎琥宁治疗下呼吸道感染临床观察

目的探讨头孢噻肟钠与注射用炎琥宁联合治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法通过对2012年1—6月来我院接受治疗的120例下呼吸道感染患者进行回顾性调查,将所有患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。研究组患者均使用头孢噻肟钠联合炎琥宁治疗,对照组患者均单独使用头孢噻肟纳治疗,治疗一个疗程后再进行两组临床疗效的比较分析。结果研究组患者接受治疗的有效率为93.33%,而对照组有效率为80%,两组之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床使用头孢噻肟钠结合炎琥宁来治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效高,用药后的不良反应发生率低,安全性高,整体得到的满意率高,值得临床的推广使用。

Cefotaxime sodium combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

Objective To study and cefotaxime sodium injection with Hu ning combined with clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Based on the January 2012 to June 2012 years in our hospital for treatment of 120 patients with respiratory tract infections were retrospectively, all patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, 60 in each group. Team joint inflammation patients were using cefotaxime sodium Hu better treatment, control group patients were used alone cefotaxime sodium treatment, treatment after a course of treatment in two groups of clinical curative effect of comparative analysis. Results The effective rate of treatment group patients was 93.33%, effective rate was 80% and control group, difference has statistical significance between two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of cefotaxime sodium combined with pblogistic Hu ning to the curative effect of treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is high, the low incidence of adverse reactions after use, high safety, overall satisfaction is high, is worth the clinical promotion use.
