| 摘 要： | 目的探讨研究临床上通络汤在输卵管阻塞不孕症患者的应用的实际效果。方法本院自2010年2月—2012年7月间所收治的输卵管阻塞致使不孕症患者96例,并给与不同的治疗方式分组进行了治疗效果的对比研究。结果治疗组在痊愈率、总有效率等指标相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效体现了治疗组较对照组的显著疗效优势,治疗组的总有效率达到了91.7%。结论自拟中药通络汤治疗输卵管性不孕症与腹腔镜手术有类似的疗效,且同时能够有效避免临床手术创伤,兼具安全、有效以及经济等显著优点,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of tongluo herb soup on sterility infertility woman patient. Metnods sterilitity infertility patients has been chosen and their treating effect has been comparatively analyzed. Results After treatment, treatment group has statistical advantage on treating effect than control group （P 〈 0.05）, and total effective ratio is 91.7%. Conclusion Self-made tongluo herb soup treatment has good effect on sterility infertility patients, and it has advantage of safe, effective and economic. This can be clinically implemented widely. |
