| 摘 要： | Rho通过三磷酸鸟苷(GTP)结合形式和二磷酸鸟苷(GDP)结合形式的转换起着分子开关的作用,调控许多细胞内信号通路。Rho通过激活其下游靶分子Rho激酶调节细胞的黏附、迁移、增殖、收缩等多种生物学行为和功能。近年来,越来越多的研究发现Rho/Rho激酶通路与胚胎种植、妊娠维持及分娩发动密切相关,本文对其在妊娠过程中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Evidence has been suggested that activated Rho protein via its down-stream effector Rho-kinase is involved in a wide range of functions,such as formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions,reorganization of actin cytoskeleton and Ca2+ sensitization of smooth muscle contraction.Recently,accumulating studies have indicated that Rho/Rho-kinase signaling pathway is subject to investigation during embryo implantation,quiescence and contraction of myometrium during pregnancy.So in this review,we summarize... |
