| 摘 要： | 针对临床护理工作的变化,在高职护理专业基础护理学精品课程建设的过程中,对教学内容进行了调整.根据高职护理教育的特点,构建了工作与学习全程结合式课程模式,该模式以工作性学习任务为载体,课堂学习以行动为导向,理论学习和临床见习交替进行.实践表明,该精品课程的建设对高职学生职业能力的培养发挥了积极作用. |

| Abstract: | According to the changes of clinical nursing work,the contents in the course of Fundamentals of Nursing was adjusted in the development of excellent course.Based on the features of vocational nursing education,a course model integrated with classroom learning and clinical practice was developed.In this course model,theoretical study and clinical practice were alternated in the whole process,which was characterized by regarding clinical tasks as a carrier and action-oriented classroom learning.This practice has positively improved the training of students’ professional capacity. |
