痢疾后Reiter′s综合征

Reiter's综合征是以感染后尿道炎、结膜炎和关节炎为主的一组临床综合征。病因尚不清楚。国内常见为痢疾后型。本组三例临床特征与国内外文献报道相符。目前认为:80％是因HLA——B27阳性异常免疫反应所致。皮质类固醇激素及其他抗炎药物对大部分病例有较好的疗效。

Reiter's Syndrome Following Dysentery:A Report of Three Cases

A clinical triad of urethritis, conjunctivitis, and arthritis of unknown etiology constitutes Reiter's syndrome, which has the most features suggestive of an infectious origin. The type of the post—Tsentery is common at home. we report three cases in this group. The manifestations are clinically similar to the report of literature at home and abroad before, but The Cases is incomplete. Approxi— mately 80 percent of patients with Reiter's syndrome have the HL—AB27 gene. Much attention was paid to the immune response for this gene. Treatment is primarily symptomatic, although corticosteroids or other nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs may reserve the inflam—matory articular signs in some cases. Other cases progress to a chronic arthritis despite all modes of therapy.
