292例药疹临床回顾性分析

目的:对我院2003-2005的药疹病例进行统计分析。方法:对收治的292例药疹患者进行回顾性分析。结果:致敏药物18种,其中排在前4位分别是抗菌药类49．7％、解热镇痛类16．4％、磺胺药14．4％、中药12．3％。药疹的临床类型以猩红热型、荨麻疹型、多形性红斑、固定型药疹为多见。其中轻型270例,重型22例,2例死亡。结论:我院引起药疹的致敏药物以抗菌药中氨苄青霉素最多,中药有上升趋势。

Clincal Analysis of 292 Patients with Drug Eruptions

Objective: To analyse the drug eruptions in 2003-2005. Method: Two hundred and ninety-two cases of drug eruptions were analysed retrospectly. Result: Eighteen classes of drugs were involved, the front four classes were antibacterial agents(49.7% ), followed by analgesics(16.4% ) ,sulfonamides( 14.4% ) and Chinese patent drugs or decoctions(12.3% ). The most clinical types of eruptions were scarlatina form, urticaria, form erythema multiform and fixed eruption. The eruptions of 270 cases were mild type and 22 cases were severe type, in which 2 were died. Conclusion: The major drug which induced eruptions is ampicillin, Chinese traditional agents have the tendency to rise.
