| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究四磨汤对慢性应激小鼠胃肠运动功能和脑内神经降压素（NT）、降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）的影响,进一步探讨四磨汤治疗功能性胃肠病的作用机制。方法采用饥饱失常、明暗颠倒以及束缚夹尾等多种方法对小鼠造模,分别给予蒸馏水、吗丁啉、四磨汤治疗,观察胃排空和小肠推进功能,免疫组织化学法观察脑组织NT、CGRP的表达。结果模型组小鼠胃排空和小肠推进功能低于正常组,脑组织中NT、CGRP含量高于正常组;四磨汤组胃肠运动功能恢复正常,脑组织中NT、CGRP含量低于模型组,与正常组比较差异无统计学意义。结论四磨汤调节脑内NT、CGRP的表达,可能是其治疗功能性胃肠病的作用机制之一。
