| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究Ki-67抗原的表达探讨大黄素对人肺腺癌AGZY-83A细胞体外生长的抑制作用。方法采用免疫组化方法观察Ki-67在不同浓度大黄素作用后的AGZY-83A中的表达。结果Ki-67在细胞中的表达随大黄素浓度的增加明显降低。结论大黄素能有效抑制肺腺癌细胞AGZY-83A的增殖，并具有量效的关系，其可能机制是干扰了肿瘤细胞周期的进程。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the inhibiting effects of emodin on in vitro growth of human lung adenocarcinomar cell strain AGZY-83A through the expression of Ki-67 in cells.Methods The expression of in lung adenocarcinomar cell strain AGZY-83A which cultured by different concentrations of emodin,was studied by immunohistochemical.Results Emodin inhibited the expressions of Ki-67 in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Conclusion Emodin can effectively inhibit the proliferation of human lung cancer cell line AGZY-83A and the possible mechanism may be related to disturbing the cell phase and apoptosis induced by emodin. |
