丹参对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注后脑水肿的作用观察

摘    要:本实验通过建立大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血再灌注后脑损害模型,观察丹参对其损害的作用。丹参实验组脑组织含水量为78.05%±0.91%,脑组织的钠含量为452.11±23.1mmol/kg干重,对照组分别为80.22%±1.0%和476.2±37.21mmol/kg干重(P<0.05)。结果表明显示丹参具有减轻脑水肿,降低脑组织的钠含量的作用。通过病理检查显示丹参具有维护血脑屏障完整性和减轻神经细胞损害的作用。

Abstract:With the rat model of acute,partial cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,we conducted the experiment to study the effects of Salvia Miltirrhizae(SM).The results showed that brain water and sodium contents were 78.05% 0.91% and 452.11 23.11 mmol/kg(dry weight)respectiveky in SM group,and 80.22% 1.01%,476.21 37.21 mmol/kg(dry weight) in contral group.By comparison,the differences between the two groups were significent.It indicated that SM might decrease brain edema and reduce the sodium content of brain. Pathologic results suggested SM should have protecting effects on the integrity of blood-brain barrier and the effects on relief of injuries of neurocytes as well.
