计算机辅助教学课件及"全息式"教学模式在斜视学教学中的应用

①目的探讨计算机辅助教学（CAI）课件及“全息式”教学模式在眼科斜视学教学中的应用价值。②方法制作CAI课件，将未曾学习过斜视学及未从事斜视临床工作的学员60例随机分为3组，每组20例。对照组使用《眼科学》课本＋传统教学方式教学；实验1组使用CAI课件＋“全息式”教学模式教学；实验2组同时使用新、旧教学方式教学。⑧结果实验组讲授预备知识所需学时较对照组减少，而基础知识及临床技能考试成绩则明显优于对照组。④结论在不增加总学时的前提下，CAI课件及“全息式”教学模式用于斜视学教学，可压缩讲解预备知识所需时间，提高授课效果。

APPLICATION OF COMPUTER-ASSISTED INSTRUCTION AND MULTIMEDIA METHODS IN TEACHING STRABISMOLOGY

Objective To discuss the effect of computer-assisted instruction and the new multimedia network method, including photos, videos, in strabismus teaching. Methods The computer-assisted instruction was compiled. Sixty trainees who did not learn strabismus previously were divided equally into three groups: control group (group A), and the trial groups (B and C). Those in Group A were taught with the textbook of ophthalmology and traditional method, those in Group B with the computer-assisted instruction and the new method, and those in Group C with the old and the new method alternatively. Results The teaching time used for basic concepts was less in the trials than in control group.The mean scores of basic concept and clinical skills were higher in trials than in control group. Conclusion The computer-assisted instruction and the new teaching method are superior to the traditional textbook and the old method in improving the teaching effect,and lessening the time of basic concept teaching.
