| 摘 要： | 目的：观察耳穴贴压治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法：将62例患者随机分为观察组（耳穴贴压治疗） 32例、对照组（依巴斯汀、雷尼替丁联合用药治疗组）30例,比较2组临床疗效。结果：观察组临床痊愈率为62.5%,总有效率为93.8%,对照组分别为33.3%和83.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。治疗组在治疗期间未出现不良反应,对照组分别出现嗜睡16例（53.3%）、便秘8例（26.7%）、口干7例（23.3%）。结论：耳穴贴压治疗慢性荨麻疹具有方便、有效、无恐惧感的特点,是治疗慢性荨麻疹的理想方法之一。
