中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病102例临床观察

目的:探讨中西药联合治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选择102例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组51例行静脉滴注阿奇霉素、复方甘草酸苷注射液及口服阿维 A 胶囊治疗,观察组51例在对照组基础上加入中医治疗,总结两组患者治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组有效率为92.15%,对照组为66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应方面,观察组皮肤皮肤干燥、紧绷、瘙痒、疼痛及胃肠不适等不良反应发生率为 19.60%,明显低于对照组 45.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗寻常型银屑病中,较之静脉滴注阿奇霉素、复方甘草酸苷注射液联合口服阿维A胶囊,中西结合方案可获得更高疗效,且安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on 102 Cases of Psoriasis vulgaris Treated by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine combined with psoriasis.Methods:102 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group 51 routine intravenous infusion of azithromycin,compound glycyrrhizin injection and oral A capsule treatment,observation group 51 cases on the basis of the control group added traditional Chinese medicine treatment,summed up the treatment effect and safety of the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 92.15% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the adverse reactions,the skin of the observation group was dry,tight,itching,pain and Gastrointestinal discomfort and other adverse reactions were 19.60,significantly lower than the control group 45.09,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,the combination of azithromycin and compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with oral Avi A capsule can obtain higher curative effect and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
