Experience of YU Bin in Treating Postprandial Distress Syndrome of Functional Dyspepsia from Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To analyze the clinical thinking and medication experience of YU Bin on the treatment of functional dyspepsia and postprandial discomfort syndrome.Methods:Follow up with the teacher,collect and sort out medical records,read related literature,summarize YU Bin’s theory and thoughts on the treatment of functional dyspepsia and postprandial discomfort syndrome,treatment characteristics,medication experience,and clinical evidence.Results:YU Bin believes that liver depression and spleen deficiency are the central link in the disease.Teacher Yu takes syndrome differentiation and treatment as the guidance,pays attention to individualized treatment,firstly soothes the liver and invigorates the spleen;pays attention to adapting measures to local conditions,and uses to dissipate dampness and transporting the middle;Conclusion:YU Bin has rich experience in treating functional dyspepsia and postprandial discomfort syndrome,which is unique and worthy of clinical application.
