针灸治疗脑卒中后失语临床研究进展

失语症是一种在语音、形态、词汇、语义或句法层面上的语言处理障碍,通常是由左侧大脑半球的病变引起的,是卒中最常见和持续时间最长的后遗症之一。即使经过卫生保健系统提供的标准治疗,大多数失语症患者仍存在慢性沟通障碍。言语-语言疗法是目前失语症常见的治疗方法,但补充治疗策略正在兴起。其中舌针、头针、体针的针灸疗法引起了广泛的关注,相关的临床与基础研究在持续开展。本文就针灸治疗脑卒中后失语的临床研究进展进行综述。

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Aphasia after Stroke

Aphasia is a language processing disorder at the phonological,morphological,vocabulary,semantic or syntactic level.It is usually caused by lesions in the left cerebral hemisphere.It is one of the most common and long-lasting sequelae of stroke.Even after standard treatment provided by the health care system,most people with aphasia still have chronic communication difficulties.Speech-language therapy is currently a common treatment for aphasia,but complementary treatment strategies are emerging.Among them,tongue acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,and body acupuncture acupuncture acupuncture have attracted widespread attention,and relevant clinical and basic research is continuing.This article reviews the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.
