调神针法对膝骨关节炎患者疼痛及功能的影响

目的:探讨调神针法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2017年1月～2019年6月期间收治且疗程及随访完整的176例膝骨关节炎患者。按照治疗方法不同分为调神针法组和常规治疗组,调神针法组77例,在关节松动术结合运动训练的基础上加调神针法治疗,常规治疗组99例,予关节松动术结合运动训练,然后对比分析两组治疗前与治疗后2周的VAS评分、WOMAC指数。结果:两组患者的性别、年龄以及治疗前的VAS评分、WOMAC指数评分没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、WOMC指数较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调神针法组治疗后2周的VAS评分、WOMAC指数改善程度优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:调神针法组治疗膝骨关节炎能快速缓解疼痛,改善患者生活活动能力,疗效确切,适合临床推广应用。

Effect of Regulating-mind Acupuncture on Relieving Pain and Improving Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a 2-week regulating-mind acupuncture treatment on measures of pain and self-perceived functional status in individuals living with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 176 patients with KOA,who were admitted from January 2017 to June 2019 and were divided into acupuncture group with 77 patients and basis-treatment group with 99 patients.Both groups received basis treatments of joint mobilization combined with exercisestraining,whilethe acupuncture group received an extra treatment of regulating-mindacupuncture.The outcome measures included Western Ontario McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),which were obtained from patients before the first treatment at the base line and after the last treatment at the second week.Results:There were no statistically significant differences between demographic characteristics;before the treatments,VAS,and WOMAC scores were approximately equal between the two groups.After treatments,VAS,and WOMAC scores improved from baseline through the 2 weeks in both groups with evident superiority in the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theregulating-mind acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly decrease pain and improve the living ability of patients.
