脑血管病激光血管内照射治疗前后血液流变学及血脂指标对比研究

摘    要:
使用低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射(ILIB)治疗脑血管病(CVD)45 例。治疗前和疗程结束后,均进行血液流变学指标和胆固醇(ch)、甘油三脂(TG) 及纤维蛋白原(Fib)等测定。结果表明:ILIB治疗CVD确能使ηbH、ηvL、RV、ηp及 Fib明显下降(p<0.01-0.001)。而对HCT、ESR、ESR-k和Ch、TC等则无显著 影响(p>0.05)。由此,说明其ηb下降主要由于ηp、Fib的降低及红细胞变形性增 强所致。故提出在使用ILIB治疗CVD时最好先行血液流变学检测。其对高粘血浆 型胶红细胞变形性下降型的疗效必优于细胞高压积型。

Abstract:
This article reported the studies of the treatment of 45 cases of cerebral vascular diseases (CVD) with Intravascular Laser Lrradiatwn of blood (ILIB). 7 inderxes of hemorheology, blood lipid and Fibrinogen were measured in 45 cases with CVD by ILIB befor and after treatment. They were controlled and analysed. The results of the study showed that there was distinctly decreased whole blood viscosity under high and low shear, whole blood reductive and plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after the treatment with ILIB (p < 0. 01- 0. 001). There was no Significant difference in Hematocrit (HcT), erythrosyte sedimentation rate (ESR), K of ESR equation (ESR - k) and blood lipid with ILIB befor and after (p> 0. 05). We consider that the decrease of whole blood viscosity are due to the decrease of plasma viscosity and fibrinogen and the increase of erythrosity deformability. we consider that hemorheology should be tested before the treatment of CVD with ILIB. The treatment effect of high viswsity type of plasma and the decrease type of the deformability of red blood cells is better than that of the increase type of hematocrit with ILIB.
