| 摘 要： | 测定了２６例过敏性紫癜患者血液流变学参数。结果表明患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原，红细胞电泳时间均有显著性改变（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示过敏性紫癜患者存在血液流变学性异常。本文就其改变机制及意义进行探讨。 |

| Abstract: | The variables of hemorheology in 26 patients with anaphylactoid purpura were studied. It was found that the average values of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were high and the time of erythrocytic elctrophoresis were longer in patients with anaphylactoid purpura than in control. The changes are quite obvious(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). It suggested that there were hemorheologic abnormalities in patients with anaphylactoid purpura. The mechanism of the changes and its clinical significance were discussed. |
