| 摘 要： | 乡、村两级卫生机构担负着防保工作落实到农村基层的主要职责.该文从防保总收入、千人口防保支出、防保开展能力和防保地位指数四个角度探讨了影响乡镇卫生院防保工作的主要因素为乡镇卫生院的药品创收能力和住院能力;从乡村医生对防保工作投入时间的角度探讨了影响村卫生室防保工作开展的主要因素为防保工作的经济收益、村卫生室的管理状况和农村居民在转诊过程中对乡镇卫生院的选择率. |

| Abstract: | Township hospital and village clinic are responsible for preventive function in rural China. This paper applies linger regression model to explore the main influential factors and shows that the income from drug sailing and the capability of hospitalization determine the fulfillment of preventive function in township hospital. The income of prevention, performance management and selection of patients after the first visit to village clinic determine that input of time on preventive service at village clinic. |
