摘    要:目的建立测定无机原料药铅、镉、汞、铜4种有害元素的原子吸收分光光度法。方法铅、镉采用石墨炉法,汞采用冷吸收法,铜采用火焰法。结果标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r〉0.99,加样回收率在90.0%~100.0%之间,RSD均小于7.0%。结论该法专属性强、简便易行、灵敏度高,可用于无机原料药中有害元素的限量控制。

Abstract:Objective The method for the determination of deleterious elements (lead,cadmium,mercury and cooper) in inorganic pharmaceutical raw materials by atomic absorption spectrometry was established. Methods Lead and cadmium were determined by graphite furnace method,mercury by cold absorption,copper by flame method. Results Standard curves were showed good linear; correlation coefficients (r) were greater than 0.99; recovery rates were 90.0%-100.0%; each RSD was less than 7.0%. Conclusion The method is specific,simple and sensitive. It can be used in the limit control for harmful elements of inorganic pharmaceutical raw materials.
