不同孕周未足月胎膜早破的妊娠结局探讨

目的对未足月胎膜早破相关因素进行分析,探讨其妊娠结局。方法将2008年1月至2012年12月在我院分娩的未足月胎膜早破产妇289例根据孕周不同分为A组196例(28周≤孕周<35周)、B组93例(35周≤孕周<37周),A组又根据孕妇保胎意愿分为保胎组140例及非保胎组56例,对其进行回顾性研究。结果新生儿窒息率及病死率:保胎组明显低于非保胎组(P<0.05),孕妇宫内感染发生率、产褥感染发生率:A组与B组间,保胎组与非保胎组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组孕产妇在分娩方式上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论未足月胎膜早破发生的孕龄对官内胎儿有着相应的影响;对未足月胎膜早破采取针对性的处理,可改善母胎妊娠结局。

Different Gestational Weeks Before Term Pregnancy Outcomes of Premature Rupture of Membranes

Objective Premature rupture of membranes of incomplete related factors were analyzed, and discuss the pregnancy outcome. Methods Will between January 2008 and December 2008 in our hospital to give birth before term premature rupture of membranes, 289 cases of maternal according to different gestational age is divided into 196 cases （group A 28 week gestational age ＆lt;35 weeks or less） and group B （93 cases, 35 weeks or less gestational age＆lt;37 weeks）, according to pregnant women spuc intend divided into group A spuc group 140 cases and non spuc group 56 cases, retrospective study on it. Results Neonatal asphyxia rate and mortality： group spuc was lower than that in non spuc group （P＆lt;0.05） and intrauterine infection incidence of pregnant women, puerperal infection incidence： between group A and group B, spuc group and non spuc comparative differences between groups was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）; A, B two groups of maternal on childbirth way there was no statistically significant difference （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion Premature rupture of membranes before term of gestational age has a corresponding influence within the officer on the fetus; Premature rupture of membranes of incomplete take corresponding processing, can improve the pregnancy outcome.
