生物样本库的现状及研究进展

随着临床医学和生命科学研究的深入以及转化医学的需要,生物样本库的建设越来越受到重视.文章通过对国内外生物样本库的现状和研究进展的论述,发现国内生物样本库仍存在生物样本库规模尚小、管理措施和法规还有待制定和完善、缺乏统一的建设标准、资源无法共享、公共关系建设不完善等诸多问题.并提出在完备的法规指南、监管机制以及标准的指引下,通过大规模的样本采集、处理和储存、管理,建设完备的基础设施,临床数据资源的整合与利用以及安全稳定的信息系统等手段建设高质量的生物样本库等对策.实现合理高效利用样本资源,实现资源共享,促进转化医学的发展,为下一步实现商业化和集中化运作打下良好基础.

The Current Situation of Biological Sample Database and Its Research Progress

As the thorough research of clinical medicine and life science, accompany with the requirements of translational medicine, the establishment of biological sample database has attracted more and more attendance. Through a discussion on the current situation and research progress of biological sample database in domestic and abroad, we found that the database in our country was existing many problems such as the scale was still small, many management measures and laws should be formulated and completed, unique establishment standard was lacked, the resource could not be shared and the public relationship establishment was imperfect. At the same time, we put forward measures to establish high quality biological sample database under the guidance of complete laws, regulations and supervision mechanism, and these measures included large-scale sample collection, disposal, storage, management, establishment of complete basic infrastructures, conformity and utilization of clinical data resource and stable information system. Therefore, we could realize the efficient utilization of sample resource reasonably as well as sharing, and promote the development of translational medicine, thus to found well basis for the realization of commercialization and centralization movement.
