2009年-2013年某院住院患者疾病构成分析

目的 总结分析住院患者疾病构成及变化趋势,明确常见病和多发病,探寻医院的工作重点和医疗技术发展方向,为合理配置医疗卫生资源,提供理论依据.方法 根据ICD-10对某院2009年-2013年5年间住院患者疾病分类资料进行统计分析.结果 妊娠分娩和产褥期疾病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病和损伤中毒等前十位系统性疾病共70393例,占92.56％;自然分娩、缺血性心肌病、慢支和慢性阻塞性肺病、高血压、肺炎、急性上呼吸道感染等前十位疾病共32704例,占43％.结论 妊娠分娩类疾病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病在住院患者疾病构成中所占比重显著,提高对这些常见病、多发病及慢性病的诊疗水平,将是今后的工作重点.

Analysis of Hospitalized Patients Disease Constitution in A Hospital from 2009 to 2013

Objective To summarize and analyze the hospitalized patients disease constitution and change trend, and to clarify the common and frequently-occurring disease, to explore the key jobs and medical technology development direction, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rational allocation of health resources. Methods Based on ICD-10, analyzing the statistical data of the hospitalized patients classification of diseases meterials from the year 2009 to 2013. Results Pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium diseases, circulatory system disease, respiratory system disease, digestive system disease, genitourinary system diseases and injury poisoning diseases were the top 10 diseases. A total of 70393 cases, accounting for 92. 56%; natural childbirth, ischemic heart disease, chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, high blood pressure, pneumonia, acute upper respiratory infection, etc, were the top 10 diseases. A total of 32704 cases, accounting for 43%. Conclusions Pregnancy and childbirth diseases, circulatory system diseases, respiratory system diseases and digestive system diseases accounting for a big proportion in the disease constitution in hospital. So the focus work of my hospital in the future should be to strengthen the diagnosis and treatment for these common diseases, frequently-occurring disease and chronic diseases.
