氨磺必利与利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症对照研究

目的：探讨氨磺必利与利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将50例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组25例，研究组口服氨磺必利治疗，对照组口服利培酮治疗。观察8周。于治疗前后采用阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8周末，研究组有效率79．2％，对照组为50．0％，研究组有效率显著高于对照组（χ2＝4．46，P＜0．05）。两组不良反应较轻微，但研究组体质量增加发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论低剂量氨磺必利治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效显著，安全性高，对患者体质量影响较小，改善阴性症状方面显著优于利培酮。

A control study of amisulpiride vs . risperidone in the treat-ment of schizophrenia characterized by negative symptoms

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of amisulpiride vs .risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia characterized by negative symptoms .Methods Fifty schizophrenics characterized by nega-tive symptoms were randomly divided into two groups of 25 ones each ,research took orally amisulpride and control group did risperidone for 8 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms （SANS） before and after treatment and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emer-gent Symptom Scale （TESS） .Results At the end of the 8th week ,effective rate was significantly higher in research than in control group （79 .2% vs .50 .0% ,χ2 =4 .46 ,P〈0 .05） .Adverse reactions of both groups were mild ,but the incidence of weight gain was significantly lower in research than in control group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Low-dose amisulpride has an evident effect ,higher safety and less influences on body mass ,and improves negative symptoms notably compared with risperidone in the treatment of schizophre-nia characterized by negative symptoms .
