品管圈活动在提高病案归档率中的应用

目的 探讨提升病案三日归档率的措施,提出改进策略.方法 将品管圈活动应用于提高病案三日归档率工作之中,按照品管圈活动的主题选定、计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、要因解析、对策拟定等步骤开展活动,对比活动前后病案三日归档率,计算改善幅度,评价活动的有形及无形成果.结果 通过开展活动,我院内科病案三日归档率由之前的42.5％上升为80％,外科病案三日归档率由之前的28.9％上升为53.0％,全院病案三日归档率由37.1％上升为69.6％.结论 通过品管圈活动,病案三日归档率显著提升,病案室工作人员的业务素质及能力水平有所提高,但距三级综合医院标准尚有差距,仍需继续努力.

The Application of Quality Control Circle in the Improvement of Medical Records Archiving Rate

Objective To discuss the methods to improve three-days archiving rates of medical records and put forward improvement countermeasures.Method To apply the concept of Quality Control Circle （QCC） in the work of improving three-days archiving rates of medical records,then implement activities follow steps as theme selection,plan preparation,current situation grasping,goals setting,essential factors analysis and the decision of countermeasures,compare the three-days archiving rate of medical records before and after the activities,calculate improvement extent and evaluate the achievements visible and invisible.Results Through the implementation of activities,the archiving rate of internal medicine improved from 42.5% to 80%,while from 28.9% to 53.5% in surgery departments,and the archiving rate of all the hospital improved from 37.1% to 69.6%.Conclusions The three-days archiving rate hasimproved significantly through the QCC activities,the professional quality and ability of the medical records work staff have also increased to some extent.But there is still a gap from the standard of three grade comprehensive hospital,so hard working is still needed.
