秋泻灵联合复方维生素B治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻疗效观察

目的：探讨秋泻灵联合复方维生素B治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床效果及安全性。方法将126例小儿病毒性腹泻患儿随机分为两组，两组在常规治疗的基础上，对照组予以秋泻灵合剂治疗，研究组予以秋泻灵合剂联合复方维生素B治疗，观察治疗全程。结果研究组总有效率94．1％，对照组为69．0％，研究组总有效率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．01），两组在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论秋泻灵联合复方维生素B治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻疗效显著，优于单用秋泻灵合剂治疗，安全性高。

Efficacy of qiuxieling plus compound vitamin B in infant and preschool children with rotavirus diarrhea

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of qiuxieling plus com-pound vitamin B in infant and preschool children with rotavirus diarrhea .Methods A total of 126 infant and preschool children with rotavirus diarrhea were random-ly assigned to two groups ,on the basis of routine treatment control group was treated with qiuxieling mixture and research with qiuxieling plus compound vita-min B ,total treatment was observed .Results Effective rate was significantly higher in research than in control group （94 .1% vs .69 .0% ,P〈0 .01） ,both groups had no adverse reactions .Conclusion Qiuxiel-ing plus compound vitamin B has an evident effect and higher safety compared with qiuxieling mixture a-lone in infant and preschool children with rotavirus diarrhea .
