调肺润肠方治疗功能性便秘

目的:观察调肺润肠方治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取功能性便秘患者40例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组口服胃肠动力药莫沙必利,观察组口服调肺润肠方,两组各治疗4w,分析比较两组治疗前后便秘症状的积分指数及临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为95%,对照组仅为60%。两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:调肺润肠方治疗功能性便秘有较好的疗效。

Treatment of functional constipation by the recipe of tuning lungs and moistening intestines

The objective ：This paper is to investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of functional constipation by the recipe of tuning lungs and moistening intestines. The method： among the 40 cases of functional constipation patients whose constipation was differentially caused by Qi stagnation, we randomly choose the observation group and the control group. The first group was treated with the oral medication by the recipe of tuning lungs arid moistening intestines;the second group with the oral medication by the gastrointestinal motility drug Mosapride. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The score index for the constipation symptom and the clinical efficacy were analyzed and compared. The result： the effective rate of the observation group is 95%, and the effective rate of the control group is only 60%. The two groups have a significant difference in the overall efficiency （P〈0.05）.
