胸水同型半胱氨酸癌胚抗原724β2微球蛋白联合检测的临床价值

目的：探讨胸水同型半胱氨酸、癌胚抗原724、β2微球蛋白联合检测的临床价值。方法对44例恶性胸水患者及43例良性胸水患者的胸水进行同型半胱氨酸、癌胚抗原724、β2微球蛋白联合检测分析。结果恶性胸水患者胸水同型半胱氨酸、癌胚抗原724、β2微球蛋白水平均显著高于良性胸水患者（ P＜0．01）；恶性胸水患者胸水同型半胱氨酸、癌胚抗原724、β2微球蛋白单项检测阳性率分别为75．0％、84．09％、81．82％，3项联合检测阳性率（86．36％）高于单项检测结果。结论胸水同型半胱氨酸、癌胚抗原724、β2微球蛋白联合检测对鉴别恶性与良性胸水有较高的临床价值。

Clinical value of hydrothorax homocysteine,carcinoembryonic antigen 724 andβ2 microglobulin combined detection

Objective To investigate the clinical value of hydrothorax homocysteine ,carcinoembryonic an-tigen 724 （CEA 724） andβ2 microglobulin combined detection .Methods Combined detections and analy-ses of hydrothorax homocysteine ,CEA 724 andβ2 microglobulin were conducted in 44 patients with malig-nant hydrothorax and 43 ones with benign hydrothorax .Results Hydrothorax homocysteine ,CEA 724 andβ2 microglobulin levels were significantly higher in patients with malignant hydrothorax than ones with benign （ P〈 0 .01 ）;single-item detection positive rate of homocysteine ,CEA 724 and β2 microglobulin were 75 .0% ,84 .09% and 81 .83% respectively in patients with malignant hydrothorax ,3-item combined detection positive rate （83 .36% ） was higher than single-item .Conclusion Hydrothorax homocysteine , CEA 724 and β2 microglobulin combined detection has higher clinical value for differentiating malignant from benign hydrothorax .
