缺血—再灌注与达纳康对红细胞性能的影响

目的：探讨缺血－再灌注与达纳康对红细胞性能的改变与影响因素。方法：选用非开颅线栓法对大鼠造成大脑中动脉缺血，缺血2小时后行再行灌注术，分别在再灌注12小时，24小时，48小时时间点迅速从心脏取血，并将大鼠处死，检测红细胞变形性（EI），取向性（OI），松弛 性（RI），脆性（Fr)。结果：不同再灌注时间下，单纯再灌注组24小时时的EI，OI值都显低于12小时与48小时时；在相同再灌注时间下，EI，OI值均高于单纯再灌注组，Fr及RI值两组间无差异。结论：达纳康能改善红细胞的取向性与变形性，对红细胞的刚性及松弛性无意义，可改善缺血以及再灌注的供血供氧。

The Change of the Behavior in the Red Blood Cells After Ischemic-Reperfusion and Dangkan

Objective: To investigate the properties of red blood cells after cerebral ischemia - reperfu-sion in rats and Danakan ameliorate roles. Methods: To perform middle cerebral artery occlusion with nylon thread on rat, inducing reperfusion by pulling out the thread, drawing the blood from heart and put it to death at reperfusion 12h,24h,48 h, detecting the dynamic change of elongation index(EI), orientation index(OI), relaxation index(RI), fragile(Fr). Results: EI and OI in merely reperfusion group at 24 h after reperfusion is lower than at 12 h and 48 h, but EI and OI in Danakan group are higher than in simple reperfusion group, Fr and RI are no difference in two groups. Conclusion: It suggests that Danakan could ameliorate the behavior of OI and EI in ischemia-reperfusion.
