| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术后腰椎间盘炎临床特点及外科手术治疗方法。方法23例近期内接受过腰椎间盘手术或介入性治疗的继发性椎间盘炎患者,行前路病灶清除自体髂骨植骨融合术21例,另2例因感染蔓延到椎管行前路病灶清除自体髂骨植骨融合及后路病灶清除加灌洗引流术。结果所有患者术后症状均有缓解,术后1月内血沉基本恢复正常。术后随访9~24个月,所有患者植骨均融合。结论结合术后腰椎间盘炎患者的临床表现,实验室检查及影像学结果可以作出诊断,早期手术治疗可以取得明显的效果。
