教师扮演标准化病人在呼吸内科临床教学中的作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨教员扮演标准化病人对呼吸内科临床教学质量的影响。方法将165名呼吸内科临床本科实习生随机分为两组:标准化病人教学组(SP组,84人)和传统教学组(T组,81人)。T组实习生按传统临床带教方式教学,SP组在传统临床带教方式基础上加用教员扮演标准化病人教学。比较两组实习生在入科和出科时的理论和实践考试成绩。结果SP组与T组的入科理论与查体考试成绩无显著差异(P>0.05)。SP组的出科问诊、查体、诊疗成绩显著高于T组(P<0.01)。但两组出科时理论考试成绩无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论教师扮演标准化病人进行教学能提高呼吸内科学临床实习生的问诊、查体及诊疗能力。
