不同剂量盐酸格拉司琼预防术后病人自控镇痛恶心呕吐的临床观察

目的比较不同剂量盐酸格拉司琼预防术后病人自控镇痛(PCA)恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法150例患者随机分为三组,观察并比较术后48h内病人的镇痛效果和恶心呕吐的发生情况。结果盐酸格拉司琼可显著减少术后呕吐的发生率,6mg与9mg组病人术后恶心、呕吐的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论全麻腹部手术后采用PCA者使用盐酸格拉司琼可显著减少术后恶心呕吐的发生率。

Clinical Observation of Granisetron Hydrochloride in the Prevention of Nausea and Vomiting Resulting from Postoperative Patient-Controlled Analgesia

Objective To compare the clinical effects of granisetron hydrochloride at various dosages on nausea and vomiting resulting from postoperative patient-controlled analgesia (PCA). Methods Analgesic effect and the occurrences of nausea and vomiting were observed on 150 patients, who were divided into three groups, postoperatively within 48 hours.Results The occurrence rates of postoperative nausea and vomiting were descended significantly by granisetron hydrochloride when compared with that of control group (P<0.05). There was not clear difference in the rate of nausea and vomiting between the two groups in which granisetron hydrochloride was administered respectively at 6mg and 9mg. Conclusion The occurrence rate of postoperative nausea and vomiting can be descended by granisetron hydrochloride in PCA patients.
