一次性真空采血与一次性空针采血的临床比较

目的对一次性真空采血方法进行探讨,以指导临床工作。方法在学校的新生体检中,采取分组的形式,就一次性真空采血与一次性空针采血进行临床比较。结果一次穿刺成功率两者比较差异无统计学意义(u=1.59,p>0.05),但比较抽血时间、工作人员污染机率、血量合格人数,一次性真空采血优于一次性空针采血,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论真空采血缩短了采血时间,提高检验效率,减少患者的痛苦,使护士在操作过程中减少与血样的过多接触,保证采血的安全,避免了交叉感染,值得大力推广。

Clinical Comparison Between Disposable Cacuum Drawing and Disposable Needle Drawing

Method In the physical examination of the new students,we used the group method to compare disposable vacuum drawing and disposable needle drawing cliniclly. Results There is no significant different in the puncture succeeding rate(u=1.59, p>0.05). But in the operative time,operant contaminative probability, person number of qualified blood volume, disposable vacuum drawing was better than disposable needle drawing(p<0.05). Conclusion The vacuum drawing could shorten the operative time, increase test efficiency, diminish patients, suffering, refrain nurses from excessive contact with the blood sample, ensure safety of drawing and avoid cross contamination. This method was worthy of generalization.
