不同部位脑梗死康复治疗效果比较

目的:比较经过康复治疗后不同部位脑梗死恢复的效果。方法:选本院100例就诊于神经内科脑梗死患者,根据各患者脑梗死部位的不同,分为A组和B组。其中A组患者脑梗死主要为基底节区梗死,B组患者为脑干梗死。对比两组治疗效果。结果:A组基底节区梗死的患者恢复情况明显好于B组脑干区梗死的患者,A组患者平均肌力恢复情况更好,A组患者的生活自理能力恢复效果更佳,对两组患者的肌力恢复情况以及生活自理能力对比后,两组患者的肌力恢复情况以及生活自理能力差异显著,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:脑干脑梗死患者较基底节区脑梗死患者的康复治疗后恢复情况相对较差,基底节区梗死的患者肢体肌力恢复情况更好。

Comparison of rehabilitation effects of different parts of cerebral infarction

Objective:To compare the recovery effects of different parts of cerebral infarction after rehabilitation.Methods:100 patients in our hospital were enrolled in the neurology department with cerebral infarction.According to the different parts of the brain infarction,they were divided into group A and group B.In group A,cerebral infarction was mainly basal ganglia infarction,and group B was brain stem infarction.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The recovery of patients with infarction in basal ganglia of group A was significantly better than that of patients with infarction in group B.The average muscle strength recovery was better in group A,and the self-care ability of group A was better.After the patient's muscle strength recovery and self-care ability comparison,the muscle strength recovery and self-care ability of the two groups were significantly different,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Patients with brainstem cerebral infarction have a relatively poor recovery after rehabilitation compared with patients with cerebral infarction in basal ganglia.Patients with infarction in basal ganglia have better recovery of limb muscle strength.
