小切口非超声乳化白内障手术216例临床分析

目的观察分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床疗效。方法2006年我院采用小切口非超声乳化进行白内障手术216其术后视力和并发症进行临床分析。结果术后视力均有不同程度提高。术后少数出现并发症,如角膜水肿,房水混浊,虹膜部分后粘连等。经处理未见明显远期并发症。结论临床显示此方法疗效显著,适应证广泛,学习曲线短,由于不需要超声乳化设备,手术成本低,适合基层医院及防盲时推广。

Clinical analysis of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction in 216 cases

Objective Aim To observe and analyze the clinical effects of. Method 216 cases of cataract performed small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction in our hospital in 2006. The postoperative visual acuity and complications were analyzed. Results Postoperative visual acuity was all improved at different levels. There were some recent complications, such as corneal edema, aqueous flare and partly pupil posterior synechia, which were treated and without long-term complication. Conclusion Clinical data showed that small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction effective, have broad indications and shorter study-curve. With no requirement of phacoemulsification equipments and low cost, this operation was suitable to be generalized in the primary hospital and preventing blind work.
