| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗泪小点阻塞的改良泪点成形术方法及其临床疗效。方法对21例(27[)单纯后天性泪小点阻塞患者行Nd:YAG激光联合植管治疗。结果经治疗6个月～1年后观察疗效,其中治愈20例(26[),治愈率为95.2%,失效1例(1[),无效率为4.8%。结论Nd:YAG激光联合植管治疗方法是治疗泪点阻塞患者的一种新的有效方法,该方法简单,无损伤,患者痛苦小,无明显并发症,治愈率高,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the method of improvement punctoplasty and its clinical curative effect of treatment of obliteratio puncti lacrimalis.Methods 21 cases (27 eyes) of merely and acquired oblitera-tion puncti lacrimalis were treated by the method of Nd:YAG laser and implanting silicone tube into lacrimal passage.Results 20 of 21 cases (26 of 27 eyes,95.2%) were recovered and 1 of 21 cases (1 of 27 eyes,4.8%) was ineffective after all cases were observated for 6 months to 1 year.Conclusions The method of Nd:YAG laser and implantin silicone tube into lacrimal passage was a kind of new and effective method,which had characteristic of simple,non-damage,little suffering,no obviously complication,good curative effect and prac-tical value. |
