目的 探讨碳纳米管-聚氨酯复合膜的力学特性和生物相容性.方法 将经超声处理的碳纳米管与聚氨酯混合制成复合膜,用万能材料试验机检测不同质量比的复合膜的力学特性,在支架弯曲90°时电镜观察膜的表面,将不同含量的复合膜溶液与人肝癌细胞7721细胞培养进行细胞毒性试验,用浸涂法制备碳纳米管-聚氨酯覆膜金属支架,并置入兔食管进行...
