| 摘 要： | 目的 观察臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)与单纯臭氧治疗椎间盘突出症的不同疗效.方法 在DSA导向下,正侧位透视后准确定位,采用9号穿刺针经皮穿刺向椎间盘内单纯注射臭氧或先后注射臭氧及胶原酶治疗76例腰椎间盘突出患者.结果 治疗后1、3和6个月进行随访.1个月后随访,臭氧联合胶原晦注射治疗组(A组,38例...
