26例原发性小肠及其系膜恶性肿瘤的临床分析

目的 总结原发性小肠及其系膜恶性肿瘤的临床特点，探讨其诊断方法。方法 分析26例原发性小肠及其系膜恶性肿瘤检查的相关临床资料。结果 原发性小肠及其系膜的恶性肿瘤诊断困难，误诊率极高。结论 提高对其疾病的认识，早期合理选择低张性小肠气钡双重造影、小肠稀钡灌肠、选择性肠系膜上动脉造影、十二指肠镜、ERCP、腹部B超、CT或胶囊内镜等检查，能提高其诊断率。

The clinical date on the 26 cases of primary small intestinal and its mesentery malignant tumor were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis of primary small intestinal and its mesentery malignant tumor was very difficulty and its misdiagnosis rate the was high. [Conclusions] It can increase the diagnostic rate of primary small intestinal and its mesentery malignant tumor that the earlier period suitabale choice check methods of X-ray, selective superior mesentery angiography, duodenal endoscopy, ERCP, Bus, CT, and capsule endscopy.
