心理辅助及运动康复指导对急性白血病患者巩固治疗的影响

探讨康复治疗对急性白血病(AL)患者巩固治疗的影响。方法:对初治AL患者进行心理辅助和运动康复指导,以治疗前的AL患者为对照组,分析比较他们在6个月巩固治疗期间的化疗间歇期感染率、按时复治率、半年复发率及精神状态的变化。结果:康复治疗组(康复组)的按时复治率和半年复发率分别为95.00%、10.68%,与对照组的63.15%、36.84%比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),化疗间歇期感染率两组差异无显著性意义。康复组和对照组治疗前后丧失信心患者的比例分别为40%、35%和42.10%、63.15%,两组治疗后比例比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:对AL患者实施心理辅助及运动康复指导有助于改善他们的精神状态,增强对治疗的信心,积极配合治疗,延长缓解期。

Effects of a rehabilitation program on the maintenance treatment of patients with acute leukemia

Objective:To assess the effect of a rehabilitation program on the maintenance treatment of patients with acute leukemia(AL).Method:20 AL patients underwent rehabilitation program including health teaching, exercise and psychological counsel for 6 months. The Control group including 19 AL patients accepted only the ordinary chemotherapy before introducing rehabilitation program.Their infective rate in intermittent chemotherapy,punctual rate of maintenance treatment,recurrent rate in 6 months and psychological status were studied.Result:Punctual rate,recurrent rate in rehabilitation group and control group were 95%,10.68%,and 63.15%,36.84% respectively,their difference was both significantly(P<0.05). After treatment, the rate of patients losing hope for future in rehabilitation group was lower obviously then that in control group. Conclusion:Rehabilitation program on the maintenance treatment of patients with AL can improve their psychological status,heighten their confidence for future,inspire them to cooperate with doctors in AL treatment actively, and last their remission period.
