综合医院心理咨询门诊来访者临床特征研究

目的研究安徽地区综合医院医学心理门诊来访者的临床特点。方法收集心理门诊初诊病例992例;采用中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版(CCMD-3)诊断;对资料进行全面分析。结果来访者以10~29岁年龄段比率最高,占64.6%;95%的来访者属于医学问题,其中以神经症类障碍和心境障碍为主,分别为398例(40.4%)和338例(34.1%);门诊总体脱落率53.5%,不同病种和实施不同治疗方法的来访者脱落率不同(P<0.01)。结论综合医院心理咨询门诊是精神卫生服务的另一种形式,其主要对象是神经症和心境障碍。治疗方面药物治疗和心理治疗联合使用有助于减少患者的脱落。

Study of the clinical features of outpatients in psychological counseling in general hospital

Aim To study the clinical features of outpatients in psychological counseling in general hospital in Anhui.Methods Data of 992 cases in psychological counseling in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were collected and analyzed.Results The rate of visits of clients with 10~29 year old was the hightest(64.6%);The visits of clients are most likely to be medical issues(95%),with neurosis and neurotic disorder(n=398,40.4%) and mood disorder(n=338,34.1%) constituting the majority.The rate of drop-out was 53.5%.The noncompliance were different among clients with different diseases and treatments(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological counseling in general hospital is a form of service for mental health;Neurosis and mood disorder compose outpatient population.In the view of treatment,a combination of pharmacotherapy and psychology is more beneficial in relieving noncompliance.
